An
interesting substitute for toast, these Sweetpotatoasts are pre cooked, sliced
sweet potatoes that you bake in the oven or toaster to get them crisp,
then top them with your desired ingredients. The Original Sweetpotatoasts are really easy to use
and have a great taste!
I made ours for dinner, layering marinara
sauce, caramelized ham chunks, pepperoni, and pepper jack cheese across
our slices, then baked til crisp. They tasted delicious! Like little mini pizzas, without the bread. I would love to
try more topping ideas in the future!
