Bob's Red Mill + Blueberry Oatmeal Hazelnut Cookies and a Recipe

Disclaimer: I received a following product(s) in exchange for my review. All opinions my own.

Have you ever tried Bob's Red Mill Oatmeal?
They have these great on the go containers of oatmeal, that make them perfect for taking your meal with you in the rush of a busy morning. As a member of Moms Meet, I received several tasty flavors of oatmeal to try and have enjoyed testing each flavor for breakfast. But did you also know one of these ready-to-make containers of oatmeal make a delicious batch of cookies?! Keep reading to see how!

To make these scrumptious cookies, you begin by making your container of oatmeal as you ordinarily would. Take the lid off, fill water to the line, and microwave for 1 minute. Once done, you are ready to make cookies! To make these delicious cookies, you need the following ingredients:
  • 1 Container of Bob's Red Mill Oatmeal Cooked
  • *(any flavor works but for this recipe I used the Blueberry Hazelnut)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/3 Cup of Oil
I also added in 2 scoops of MegaFood Nutrient Boosters but this is
optional and just adds an extra dose of healthiness to the mix.

I literally just threw all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mixed until the batter was combined. The consistency of the batter will be wet but clumpy, kind of like drop biscuit dough yet slightly different. Use a spoon to scoop out cookie dough and plop it onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until done. This batch made about 2 dozen cookies.

An easy recipe that makes totally delicious, heartfelt, and healthy cookies.
They work great as a snack or even served at breakfast!
I'm bringing Bob's Red Mill to my kitchen, every time
I want a good batch of Oatmeal cookies!
