We love to eat pizza, so I am beyond happy that I came across this super mega easy pizza dough recipe!! It only calls for 2 ingredients, plus any seasonings you may want to add. To make the dough, you need:
- 1 to 1 1/2 Cup of Flour*
- 1 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
I like to add garlic powder and oregano, dillweed, or rosemary to my dough, to give it a little extra flavor, but this step is totally optional! You can use any brand of flour and Greek Yogurt, and you mix and knead, until it forms a beautiful ball of dough!
Then you roll that ball of dough on a generously floured surface, until you have your desired pizza crust. For my large round size pan, I place the dough in and round it out with a pizza cutter, so the crust fits perfectly circled on the pan. Then I use the excess dough to roll up another ball and
make a medium size pizza.

Bake the pizza crust at about 450 degrees, watching to pull it out before it is fully cooked, so you can put your pizza toppings on, and put it back in the oven watching til it is fully cooked. Some of my favorite pizza toppings are BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, and pepperoni. So good!
This is the best homemade pizza dough I have ever tried, it has become a family favorite! Plus it takes next to no time to make, and you can even make a bunch of dough balls to freeze for another time. Roll out several balls of dough, wrap each one in plastic wrap, then store them in a ziploc freezer baggy. For the amount I made, 1 ball will equal one pizza. Then when I'm ready to make a pizza, I just have to let them defrost before use, for about 2-3 hours, and roll onto a floured surface to make delicious homemade pizza from the comfort of our kitchen!
