If you want to make pancakes but don't want to stand over
the stove top perfecting every circle of delicious cakes,
then this is the perfect recipe for you! :)
and a whole lot of yum. You will need the following ingredients:
1 Cup of Flour
2 TBSP. of Sugar
2 tsp. of Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. of Salt
1 Large Egg
2 TBSP. of Vegetable Oil
3/4 Cup of Milk
Cinnamon Sugar mix for the top
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and pour the batter into a greased, large oven safe dish. You want the dish to be large so you can have a thin layer of pancakes. I used my glass casserole dish and it made the perfect width pancakes. Once all your batter is in the pan, make sure it is spread across the entire bottom. Then you can add the optional cinnamon/sugar mix at the top to give these
pancakes a delicious touch.
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Once you see the batter is fully cooked, take pan from oven and let it cool. Then you can start cutting out the pancakes with cute cookie cutter shapes! This is perfect for holidays as you can use specific holiday theme cutouts. I used my Gingerbread Man, Candycane, and Snowman to make our adorable pancakes! You can top the pancakes with sprinkles for extra cuteness and fun!

These pancakes are so versatile, you can add all kinds of yummyness to them. Plus your kids will love them! The whole family will love them! And they take less time to make that ordinary pancakes do, which saves you time so you can spend it more with your family!
Enjoy!
