The recipes are easy to follow, while listing how each smoothie is good for you, for example: weight-loss, protein, detox, energy, ect. and listing the nutritional information at the bottom so you can easily track diets or just for your own knowledge.
There are a variety of smoothies to choose from, being light and fluffy, clean and green, or exotic and desserty. Things like Basil Melon Mania, Spicy Mango Magic, Orange Ecstasy, lemon poppy seed muffin, strawberry shortcake, minty kiwi kreme, and so much more!
