Disclaimer: I received the following product(s) in exchange for my review. All opinions my own.
A fun new and imaginative toy, the WEDGiTS Imagination Set is a set of plastic building blocks with nesting and stacking features, giving your little ones thousands of options in building. Each piece had different angles, shapes, and colors, encouraging imagination for many different designs and sculpting. The Imagination Starter set provides 6 different sized blocks your child can begin building with, and it comes with a product guide full of different ideas and designs to build.
There's never a wrong way to build with WEDGiTS, as each symmetrical piece will wedge together will pure friction, creating a masterpiece!
Which is how the name of WEDGiTS came about!
My son absolutely loves to build things so when I had the chance to review WEDGiTS, I knew he would love it. As soon as he saw the outside of the box, he wanted to play with it, so we dumped them out and he went to work! He got busy building several different towers, pyramids, shapes, really anything he could think of. He played with the WEDGiTS for an hour straight! He had so much fun! Each building block is made of lightweight plastic with pointy edges, allowing them to nest into each other just right. The only problem I noticed with the edges is some of the pieces are a little sharp. Other then a little sanding down, these stacking toys are perfect for ages 2 and up! While building creativity and encouraging imagination, you can use this fun building set as a teaching tool, talking about shapes and colors. Learning about gravity and friction. And explaining the relationship between horizontal and vertical. There are many benefits to using WEDGiTS, every kid should have them!!
