Recently, I received a kit from Bzzagent to review the new Quaker Warm & Crunchy Granola in the flavor of Honey Almond. Since we liked it so much, I wanted to try the other two flavors:
Apple Cinnamon and Cranberry Almond.
Apple Cinnamon and Cranberry Almond.
I could only find the Apple Cinnamon flavor, so I purchased a box, using a $2.00 off coupon, and tried them the next day. Apple Cinnamon is also good, but not quite as good as the Honey almond flavor. I am not too fond of the squishy apple chunks in it, and it also doesn't have the same sweet honey flavor. I microwaved the granola in 1/4 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk this time, and it works just as good as normal milk! This is a great substitute, if you have a hard time digesting the lactose in cow's milk. It mixes well with the granola and gives it a nice nutty flavor. It is also made with 33g of whole grains and 4g of fiber, making it a delicious part of your daily breakfast.
