Energems Great Tasting Energy Review

Energems are little bite sized energy supplements that are in the form of a hard coated gem made with real milk chocolate. Their consistency and crunch is very similar to M&M's so they can be confused as candy, if a little one finds them. Be sure to keep them out of reach for this reason! These Energems contain caffeine as well as B-Vitamins and an energy blend to give them the appropriate shot of energy in each gem. One serving of 3 gems is equal to the caffeine in a cup of coffee, and each box contains 3 servings (9 gems) total. Each gem has only 15 calories and less then a gram of fat but 

they pack a lot of energy for those times in need!

When I first tried the Energems, my goal was to only try 2 gems, but since they tasted so much like a giant M&M, I ate one more. They do have a bad after taste though, especially the peanut butter ones. The 3 gems gave me quite a boost of energy, as I'm not a usual caffeine consumer, so I can only imagine what more would do to me! If I have a lot to get done in the day, I think 3 gems is the perfect amount, but if I just want a little pick me up, 2 gems does the job. These almost seem to work better, and quicker then a cup of coffee so if you're looking for a fast pick me up, Energems really hits the nail on the head.

  Just be careful if you're a chocoholic! They might leave you wanting more. 

You can consume up to 9 gems for a maximum amount of energy, but I wouldn't recommend it. 

Results will vary per person, so it is best to test it bit by bit.
