Andrew Johnson has a nice voice to fall asleep to, setting the scene for your sleep, but once he mentions paying attention to your breathing, I begin to feel panicky. I'm not sure why, but every time I focus on breathing instead of just naturally doing it with no thought, my mind starts to panic and my breathing feels forced. I also am not fond of the part he speaks of little muscles behind your eyes. This gives me an image I don't want when I'm trying to fall asleep lol. So in order for me to get the most out of the Deep Sleep MP3, I have to skip past that part and enjoy the music until I fall asleep. The music in Deep Sleep is very relaxing. My body begins to feel heavy while listening and I fall fast asleep. If you have difficulty following asleep, I suggest you check out Andrew Johnson's Deep Sleep MP3 and other tracks he has made. You just might wake up feeling well rested!
