Today, July 12th, is National Pecan Pie Day!
I love Pecan Pie and I've always thought my grandma makes the best one. I haven't had it in a long time, but she usually makes it around Christmas time. I like the caramelized pecans on top that mixes well with the softness of the pie..mmm delicious!
